In charge of general and personnel management operations at both Brooklyn Elementary School and Brooklyn Middle School.  Food Services Manager responsibilities include:
         Ensure meals meet the Child Nutrition Program (CNP) operations including production,      
                    procurement and nutritional menu planning
         Manage all aspects of staffing supervision and evaluation
         Offer and ensure high quality customer service
         Establish procedures that ensure sanitation, food safety and employee safety 
         Maintain CNP financial management techniques to ensure proper record keeping in
                      accordance with local, state and federal guidelines and policies
         Marketing ideas to attract students, parents, teachers and administration and the community
                      to participate in food services
         Other areas:  performs and directs job related proficiency with the highest ethical integrity.
         Promote a quality CNP that meets nutritional needs of the customers served
HOURS:   Regular hours during school session:  5-6 hours/daily
                 Summer Food Service Program: oversight of summer meals program off site for 3-5
                       hours/daily 6-7 weeks
                          Hourly wages:  $21.00-$23.00/hour depending on experience
                          Paid time off to include personal, sick and holidays
