  • Readers and Writers workshop K-8

  • Progressive Math Instruction with a focus on conceptual math development

  • Interactive online based curriculum for Science and Social Studies

  • Investment in socio-emotional development of all students through social thinking curriculum and restorative practices

  • A core belief in routine investment of teacher professional growth

  • 1:1 Chromebooks at the Middle School

  • Shared Chromebook carts at the Elementary School (Goal to go to 1:1 in grades 3 and 4)

  • Most classrooms equipped with SMART Boards

  • Apple desktops or MacBooks for teaching staff

  • TEAM Mentor program

  • Collaborative planning time

  • Job-embedded professional learning (6 planned professional development days as well as classroom release days)

  • STAR data utilized

  • Math and Reading Interventionists support student success
