The Brooklyn Public Schools is committed to a policy of non-discrimination.  Brooklyn Public Schools in compliance with regulations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1987 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, adopts the following Equal Employment Opportunity Policy.
